Unfortunately, our exchange student Lisa could not attend due to illness but she will be at the next meeting.
Discussions were held about upcoming projects including the Bunnings sausage sizzle 22nd October and Cans for Christmas 9th December

Meeting is at Lesmurdie Club at 6.00 for 6.30pm.
Speaker will be new exchange student Lisa Brauer introducing herself to the Club and telling us about her background and Family. Partners are invited to this opportunity to meet and get to know Lisa.

The September market was very successful with new extra stall spaces and a good public attendance. We were lucky with the weather as the Friday and Sunday were rainy.
The new layouts proved to be a bit tricky but with some adjustments will work well. Thanks to all the workers on the day including helping with the parking. The Rotactors are not available for parking duties any more so we will have to review this for the future,

This will be a Club/Hub night with Yvonne Fletcher talking about the Darling Range Hub.

A large number of members, past members and Rotarians from the District attended the funeral service for Rob. Members wore Rotary badges to acknowledge Robs 40 years of active service to Rotary.
Rob was a much loved man as attested by the large gathering of Family and Friends at this final farewell.
A proposal to make a contribution to Wheelchairs for Kids in Robs name will be discussed at the meeting.
