Meeting Duties
After the disruptions of the last two years, we are getting back to a regular two meetings a month.
To assist at meetings and to spread the work load we have a roster of duties which is included in the pre-meeting bulletin. Members are requested to carry out the duty listed below when rostered and, if unable to attend, arrange a fellow member to fill in.

Venue Setup (Two People)
Prior to the meeting, collect the badges and projector/screen etc. from the store. Set up the screen. Ensure there is sufficient seating. Numbers are usually advised to the Lesmurdie Club beforehand and they set out the tables and seating and remove afterwards.

Greeting and Raffle
Welcome members and guests at the door and distribute badges. Ensure visiting Rotarians and guests have a temporary name tag and get to meet members. Advise visitors of the procedure for purchasing drinks and meals.  Sell raffles tickets ($2,00 for one or $5.00 for three), prepare the tickets and, when prompted, select a person to draw the winner. Prize is usually half the take. Pass the proceeds to the Treasurer. Be sensitive to some attendees who may not wish to be involved.

Clean Up
Pack up all Club gear and return to the store. Take any remaining glasses and bottles to the main bar. Check the venue for stray items.
Last Meeting 25th June
Guest Speaker Tania Laurence MP. Outgoing Ex Student Ariana O'Neil, Ex Student Lisa Brauer, President Jonathan Weir

Tania spoke of her experience as an exchange student to Japan and the influence it had on life. Her talk was well received and prompted a number of questions from the floor.
The attendees included a group from Mundaring Rotary, a number of KRC partners and our exchange student Lisa from Germany and outgoing student Ariana.
Meeting 8th August
The meeting will be at the Lesmurdie Club at the usual time of 6 for 6.30 pm. The speaker will be Erin Hegarty - Mama Respond. Partners and guests are invited to attend.
Please advise Bill if you have additional attendees requiring a meal so we can give the Lesmurdie Club some idea of numbers,
