Seating for Observatory Sculpture Park
The prototype seat has been approved, with a few minor design tweaks. Ric has provided a more detailed costing for the material/make with an estimate of $16750 including a 10% contingency. Installation costs are not yet finalised as the locations on site are still being discussed. 
 
Notice of Motion
The Board have approved the project and the following motion will be put to the Club at this meeting.
That the Club proceed with seating project at the Observatory Sculpture Park, as previously detailed, with a budget allowance of $20,000.
 
Changeover Night
 
Saturday July 11th Please email Kaye to confirm your attendance and menu choice for the meal. Cost is $36 members and $72 everybody else. Drinks at the bar. Starts at 6.0pm at Mason Bird 7 William St. Kalamunda.
