  • Monday 22nd June - Member Satisfaction Surveys due
  • Tuesday 23rd June - 2026/2027 Project & Event Planning + New Member Induction Night.
  • This is an important meeting to attend and bring your ideas and passions to. Partners are most welcome as are friends who may be interested in supporting one of the current or possible projects in the next 12 months
  • Committees will be formed for Projects & Events 
  • Policies & Procedures will be delivered to members to support Club compliance and regulations
  • Sunday 5th July - 2026/2027 Budget Planning Meeting.
  • Current and incoming Board members are invited to attend this session where the Budget will be discussed and planned for projects and events decided during the Project & Event Planning night on 23rd June.
  • Location will be Liz & Jono's place "down the hill" (the audacity!) in the early afternoon.
  • Tuesday 7th July - Final Board Meeting of 2025/2026
  • 2026/2027 budget will be voted on
  • Saturday 11th July - Changeover Event at Mason & Bird
    • Payment due asap

Following the approval for this project by the Club work is proceeding and several seats have been produced.
Changeover Night
Saturday July 11th Please email Kaye to confirm your attendance and menu choice for the meal. Cost is $36 members and $72 everybody else. Drinks at the bar. Starts at 6.0pm at Mason Bird 7 William St. Kalamunda.

The Club is collecting bikes to support the Bike Collective program. If you can help please contact President Lisa
