A very successful evening well attended by community volunteers who enjoyed fellowship and an interesting presentation by President Lisa. A number of guests also spoke and informed us about their group's activities

The prototype seat has been approved, with a few minor design tweaks. Ric has provided a more detailed costing for the material/make with an estimate of $16750 including a 10% contingency. Installation costs are not yet finalised as the locations on site are still being discussed.

As promised, the presentation from the Assembly (as a PDF) as well as some resources that were highlighted across the different assemblies can now be found on the District Website in the Documents in the Members Section:
( This is essential reading for incoming board members .. Bill )     I have also included links to the videos - which are too large to upload to the system:

Should you have any feedback about the training, any queries or require any further information, or if there is anyway we can assist your club please don’t hesitate to contact myself or DG/DGE Veronica.
