The decision has been made to return to Board meetings on the first Tuesday of each month.
Krys to look into a presentation speaker or video to inform the Club about Rotary Foundation.

Kaye Community Report   A written report has been circulated. The Kalamunda Business Christmas Lights program went well and was supported by many businesses. Details of costs totalling $969.22 were provided which were offset by the City grant of $1000. The thought is to expand the lights idea for next year with a budget of $1000 from the Club suggested to be included in the 25/26 budget.
The tribute concert has been arranged for the 31st May and is being promoted locally
The Club is entering a decorated truck ( organised by Paul and Kaye ) in the competition at the Rotary Conference on 28th-30th March.

Lisa B Membership and PR   Development on the facebook site continues.

.
Lisa T Treasurer reports the subs payments are progressing and the auditing of the Club books for 23/24 is progressing with Laith’s son Andrew.

Sheryl Market Report, A written report was circulated. Markets have been going well although a little quieter after Christmas. Work is progressing on a visitor’s newsletter with a few problems getting an appropriate program. Market duties by club members and others are not always correctly executed so Sheryl and Dan will work on guide worksheets for all to use.

Liz Publicity and PR. All members need to pass to her details of Club activities they are involved with preferably with photos to assist her promotion to the community.
It was suggested we look at selecting some active community members to acknowledge their contribution with a PH Fellowship. We will look at how many are available to us.

The Rotary Club of Kalamunda and its members acknowledge the traditional owners of the land we meet on, the Whadjuk peoples of the Noongar Nations and we pay our respect to their leaders, past, present and emerging.
