Kalamunda is located on the eastern edge of the Perth metro area, high up on the Darling Scarp, surrounded by beautiful Jarrah forest.
Since 1962 the members of Kalamunda Rotary have worked hard to find new ways to serve their community and be part of the change they want to see in the world.
If you'd like to get involved, start by coming along to a meeting where you'll hear about the projects we're working on and meet our members.
WHAT WE DO
Our members range in age and life experience and come from a range of backgrounds and vocations. One thing they all have in common, is an interest in getting involved and giving back to their local community.
Over the years our members have identified causes they'd like to do something about, some of them benefitting Kalamunda locals and others benefitting communities across the globe. Sometimes our participation is strictly financial; and in other instances, it's more hands-on.
All our projects have three common elements.
THEY BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER
Our members work alongside other likeminded people on projects that make a difference
THEY CREATE OPPORTUNITIES
Through projects like the Kalamunda Artisan Market, we connect people to create opportunities
THEY LIFT COMMUNITIES UP
Our fundraising benefits communities near and far, lifting people everywhere, up
