Di Owens and Em – Building Life Skills
Di is the Director and Em is the vice chair.  Both ladies donate their time.  They are changing the disability industry.

They have come to 8 markets and have made over $10 000 selling things like heat bags and planter boxes that have been made by participants.  The goal is to build a sustainable place for people with a disability to live in Kalamunda.  These are people who are trying to live independently – they just need support for this to happen.

Presentation included videos of participants which were inspiring, and which we have a copy of.  A wonderful evening.
